We offer 18 months no interest payment plans with approved credit. We also offer longer payment plans that offer lower monthly payments, but do add interest.

Hearing aids are not covered by Medicare at this time and the prospect of Medicare paying for them in the future is very slim. Listed below are a few items that you should be aware of:

Hearing aids are covered in the state of Louisiana for dependent children of parents who have medical insurance. Act #816 was passed effective August 15, 2003, mandating hearing aids for minor children with hearing loss every three (3) years up to a maximum of $1400 per ear. All insurance companies doing business in Louisiana are required to comply.

Hearing aids are available for some low-income hearing impaired that is approved through the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf. The LCD receives 5 cents every month for each telephone in the state. This money goes into a special fund where amplified telephones and other assistive listening devices (ALD’s) are available to seniors with hearing loss.
