From the moment I walked in, I received a friendly welcome and given directions for filling out paperwork. Sarah took over the hearing test. Very professional, friendly, and made me comfortable and explained how the test goes. Meet with Spencer, we had a good conversation about hearing aids, cost, and I was reassured by both, I would be assisted all way till I was comfortable with my hearing aids. That meant a lot and I felt they meant it. So I believe I will be starting a new adventure with help along the way. Good feeling 😀
